How to fund my trading account?
In order to fund your trading account, you can use your debit or credit card. Alternatively, you could also resort to bank wire transfer to deposit the requisite funds. Please note: Bull Sphere does not accept cash or cheque deposits. Kindly make sure that all the payments that are made for funding your trading account is from your own account or a card that has been issued in your name. Payments made via third party members shall be returned.
How can I resolve my account related queries?
In case you have account related queries, for instance, opening or closing your account, then connect with our client support team over phone or email. We will immediately take necessary action and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Am I supposed to deposit money for activating my account?
Traders can sign into their trading accounts immediately after they have received a notification that their application was successful. You also need to click on the link provided for verification that would be sent on the registered email address. In order to trade, you need to deposit sufficient money or funds into your trading account, which would further enable you to open or hold a position in the market. In case you wish to test different trading styles and strategies, then use our demo or practice account to gain trading expertise with the help of virtual funds.

What is your withdrawal procedure?
In order to withdraw the necessary funds, traders need to go to the withdrawal section and click on the withdrawal/payments icon. Please note: For safeguarding your funds, our team may require additional details or information such as proof of identity. Any withdrawal request will be processed only after we are fully satisfied with all the details provided to us at the time of placing a withdrawal request. Also, Bull Sphere does not transfer any funds to third party members and thus you must ensure that you hold a banking account in your name.
